  3. Take a short break (usually 5-10 minutes) when the timer goes off. Use this time to stretch, take a walk, or do something else that helps you relax and recharge.
  4. After your break, set the timer for another 25 minutes and return to your task. Repeat this process until you have completed four "pomodoros," at which point you can take a longer break (15-30 minutes).
The Pomodoro Technique can be useful for managing your time and staying focused on your work. You can avoid feeling overwhelmed by breaking your tasks into shorter, more manageable blocks of time and increase your productivity. Just remember to take breaks and give yourself time to recharge in order to avoid burnout.
